Comment:
Drew Miller aka Brother Saturn has created a thread of fabulous
albums over the years. Miller has done it with his guitars and
electronic devices which have chimed like a dreamy move over
imaginable terrains.
I Am A Ghost is different yet still the
same. You can hear those extended chords and undulating drones at
different speeds searching for a space rocket to start it up with
lucid dreams and previously inexperienced transcendental beauty. Even
if you have heard something like that by him before it still will
seduce one's senses. On the other side, I can hear more crispy sounds
within the 10-notch album with regard to the rhythms and chord
progressions. There are represented pitched-up whistling noises
within some chords and glitched-out cadences. That's wondrous and
otherworldly. And there is up one enchanting spoken word track. It is
not surprising at all – the space rocket has already reached the
distance a millions of miles away from Earth. One of the best
glimpses from the year of 2017.
