Gale Talk A Beautiful Day (Arteqcue)
Hea on tõdeda, et kui hästi maitseb Madrid´is resideeruva brasiillase 3-looline EP hilistel õhtutundidel, kui personaalses plaanis on seljataha jäänud post-metal/post-hardcore`i tunnikesed (Daleth), edetabeli kallakuga electro-/techno rock (Unfactory), gootiliku põrnitsusega post-punk/rock noir (Plastique Noir) ning anti-folk/singer-songwriterlus (The Sarcastic Dharma Society). 27-aastase muusiku helikeelt iseloomustab dub house, dub techno ning deep house...läbi dub-filtrite. Ühesõnaga, üks suur dub-ihalus klubimuusika kontekstis. Väljapaistvaim träkk on küllap diplodocus, mis meenutab aegu, kui polnud ei myspace`i ega lastfm`i ning pärast päevast britpop`i laksu sai õhtul Raadio 2 lainele häälestatud, et klubimuuusika saatel soikuda või unne vajuda.

If you have spent your day listening to post-metal/post-hardcore (Daleth), techno/synth rock (Unfactory), goth-influenced post-punk (Plastique Noir), and acoustic anti-folk/singer-songwriter (The Sarcastic Dharma Society) your nocturnal experience takes a bit in the teeth at last and recommends you to listen to something different. Thereby you could enjoy A Beautiful Day, composed by Gale Talk, the Brazilian residing in Madrid. He does seem to be totally involved in dub - even it is house music, techno, or deep house. Otherwordly, it is his big drive upon dub forged in a context of club music. Probably the most outstanding track is diplodocus, which reminds me of the days, when there were not Myspace, Lastfm, or Bandcamp around me at all, listening to the radio at late hours of the day to fall deeply asleep care of atmospheric club rhythms.
