Jama jutt suhu tagasi. Kui vaadata mõnd Bandcamp'i lehekülge mõne keskmise suurusega USA linna põhiselt, siis lehekülgedel ei tule lõppu. Kindlasti kõik ei hiilga, ent sellest massist kerkib pärle märksa enam esile võrreldes teiste maade või riikide ühenduste või föderatsioonidega. Ning rääkimata metropolidest nagu Los Angeles ja New York, mis lisaks tuleb lisada juba tohutusse kehandisse. Muusikaajalugu on selles mõttes objektiivne, toetades nimetet seisukohta. New York'ist tulebki üks pärliläikene vasakukäeline folgivõlur, kes mängib folkmuusikat läbi rokkmuusika ja mürapopi prisma. Ning prügistades kõike seda lo-fi popi ja DIY-narmastega. Narmad on pikad ning neid on palju. Need nn primitiivsed elemendid on võimendatud ja segmenteeritud (kõrg)tehnoloogiliselt eesmärgiga laulude kirjutamist ergastada. Droonivatest ja ümber keeratud sõmeratest kaemustest kuni sünkjatest nurkadest välja lendlevate meloodiliste iludusteni. Siin võib kohata küll nii MBV', Sparklehorse'i, Velvet Underground'i, Pavement'i, Wilco' kui PJ Harvey' vaime, ent sellele vaatamata on see üks võimas ja isepäine tervik.

Kahtlemata peenetundeline album, milles põimuvad kesktemporütmid ämbientsete arengutega kõrgemates sfäärides. Tundub, et isegi kitarrikajad on mitmekesistamas struktuure ja laiendamas panoraame. Ning elektroonilised piiksatused valgussähvatustena hiiglaslikus avaruses. Sellel albumil on dünaamika ja staatika harukordselt põimunud – peaasjalikult väljendub see teatud elementide väljajoonistamises keset voogavaid-pulseerivaid hoovusi. Ning võimendades seeläbi üksteist. Muidugi oleme seesugust muusikat varemgi kuulnud-kuulanud – alates Brian Eno'st ja Max Richter'ist ning lõpetades Nils Frahm'i ja Labradford'iga –, aga see veedetud aeg on elav ja tervendav. Kummastaval moel kuuldub siinkirjutaja peas varane Kraftwerk ning kolmanda albumi aegne Neu! (nt lugu "Isi") - järelikult nimetet artistide loomingus oli midagi sfäärilist ja teisalt vaevutabatavat motoorset gruuvi. Aga see midagi on pigem mainitet helitahkude põkkumine ning eraldumine üksteisest. Ning sellest johtuv eruterve pinge. Mida kõike me ei ole siis varem kuulnud-kuulanud? Ning teisalt Herakleitost järgides tuleb nentida, et ühte ja samasse jõkke ei ole võimalik kaks korda astuda. See vool, see jõgi on imetabane ja ülendav. See tunne ei hääbu, see tunne ei valeta. Tšiillase Eduardo Yáñez Torres`e  neljaloolise meistriteose on üllitanud tema kodumaa leibel Pueblo Nuevo.

Kolmandaks seisavad nad jalgupidi do-it-yourself-esteetikas – nii mõnigi tippprodutsent peaks sellist saundi raskelt nurgataguseks ja (peavoolu)turule minekuks tooreks. Eesti artist, kelle debüütalbum kõlab veenvalt keset pingestatud õhkkonda, mille on esile kutsunud üks pundunud näoga kääbus. Mõtlen, et kui see mõistuselt ja empaatiavõimelt alamõõduline tegelinski loonuks hävitustöö asemel seesuguse albumi, siis võinuks maailm olla palju parem koht. Ilmselt seesuguse muusika loomiseks ongi ta vaimsetelt kalduvustelt ja oskustelt liiga alamõõduline. Kahjuks. Meie saame seda albumit nautida ilma, et meid kummitaks piinatud ja tapetud (tsiviil)ohvrite vaimud. Kirikus küünla läitmine ja ristimärgi tegemine ei lunasta rumalast ja destruktiivsest loomusest tulenevaid kuritegusid. See peegeldab pelka tõdemust, kuivõrd üks kunstiteos on võrratult üle ja kestvam võrreldes sõjandusest esile kerkivate halvimate omadustega (mida keegi ei taha konkreetsetes aspektides meenutada). Albumil on pingestatust nii minimalistlike, sageli mürarohkete droonhelide põhjal; kus sageli kostuvad ragisevad viirastused ning tasakaalutud energia kanaliseerimised ja pulseerimised. See on veetlevalt seestunud helimaailm-heliuniversum. Droonhelid ja müra varieeruvad oma minimalistlikes vagudes meeli ja mõistust haaravaks tervikuks. Lisaks eksistentsialistlikule mõõtmele on siia esteetilise paradoksi sõlm sisse punutud - seesugune "kole" muusika on lisaks mõjuvusele ka...ilus. Vähemalt omamoodi viisil.
